EMAIL Problems
As part of the effort to help employees maintain continued access to email and other LDOE/SSD resources, the P-Synch website has been integrated into our login access for email accounts. Each employee will need to follow the attached instructions to establish their own login security questions. This will allow for resetting of an email password in a timely and controlled manner. The P-Synch account creation must take place before a password has expired. It is recommended that all SSD employees with an @la.gov account follow these instructions immediately.
In most cases this will eliminate the need to call for a Remedy Request or Help Desk response when a password is no longer working.
If you have questions or need help, please contact your Regional Coordinator.
