School districts implementing this program must make
preschool and before-and-after school enrichment activities services
available to all age eligible children. Children eligible for free
& reduced price meals are provided services at no cost while other
families may pay tuition fees. |

Children must be age 3, 4, or 5 and must be found eligible for services
as defined in the Pupil Appraisal Handbook.
