Early Childhood Education Programs

PROGRAM FUNDING SOURCE ELIGIBILITY
LA 4
  • Federal Temporary Assistance to Needy Families Act
  • State and Local Revenues
  • Tuition Payments
School districts implementing this program must make preschool and before-and-after school enrichment activities services available to all age eligible children. Children eligible for free & reduced price meals are provided services at no cost while other families may pay tuition fees.

CHILDREN WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DELAYS AND DISABILITIES

  • Individuals with Disabilities Education Act
  • State and Local Revenues
Children must be age 3, 4, or 5 and must be found eligible for services as defined in the Pupil Appraisal Handbook.
TITLE 1
  • Federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act, Title I, Part A
Children must reside in areas identified as having high concentrations of economically deprived families.
