Division Standards, Assessments, and AccountabilityLouisiana Arts Education - Music - Lessons Online
The lessons on-line offer students and educators an opportunity to develop aesthetic perception, historical and cultural perspective, and critical analysis. The program and supporting materials have been created as a response to requests for Fine Arts Survey materials. The programs may be viewed by students in grades 7 – 12. The supporting materials are written for high school students and are provided in a (.doc) format to allow educators to modify the work to better suit their students needs.

The materials listed below are available to assist students and educators of the arts to more fully experience arts education. The programs use the Louisiana Arts Content Standards and Benchmarks as the building block for each lesson. Supporting materials for each episode are included on this site to extend and refine the learning experiences.
