Online Assessment of GLEs for Teachers and Students
The EAGLE system (Enhanced Assessment of Grade-Level Expectations) is available for use by teachers and students in grades 3–12 for subjects English Language Arts and Mathematics. High school science and social studies items will be added to the item bank at the end of May 2010. Student and teacher information is uploaded into the system by the District Technology Coordinator. EAGLE not only contains premade tests for each Comprehensive Curriculum Unit; it also allows teachers to create their own tests or quizzes based on the GLEs that are being taught throughout the year. The tests can be assigned to students online and taken in the computer lab. Progress Reports are available to both students and teachers. For more information, click here for the EAGLE brochure.
