Flexible Pay Program Information
The goal of the Flexible Pay Program is to provide rewards and incentives to support improved student achievement and professional learning communities.
Local educational agencies (LEAs) in rural districts are eligible to apply for flexible pay funds. Each rural LEA must submit a brief proposal narrative and budget outlining the use of these funds to the Department for approval.
