Jazzy Food & Nutrition
Bulletin Board Ideas was adapted and expanded from Spring Forward
with Nutrition Know-How, a bulletin board idea booklet for grades K-3,
which was developed by Arlen Westergaard and Linda Shoaf at Louisiana Tech
University, in 1980, through a Nutrition Education and Training (NET)
Program project. This revised edition was funded by a USDA Team Nutrition
Training Grant and the NET Program.
The Child Nutrition Programs
are available to all eligible individuals without regard to race, color,
national origin, age, sex, or disability. Persons who believe they have
been denied equal opportunity for participation should write to the Administrator,
Food and Nutrition Services, U.S. Department of Agriculture, 3101 Park
Center, Alexandria, Virginia 22302
