How to Create the PowerPoint
Introduction Slides

1. Locate the file "PPIntro" on your floppy. Double click on it. The file will open in PowerPoint.
2. Click your cursor to the right of Name and type your name. Do the same to type your School and Subject.
3. Go to the second slide by clicking once on the "down arrow" on the scroll bar to the right of your screen.
4. On the second slide, drag over the text you wish to replace ("Click here and type your response.") and type your own sentence.
5. Do the same to complete the next two slides.
6. To save your slide show, from the File menu Save As. Type a name for your file in the File Name: box.
7. Save your slide show on your floppy disk by clicking on the down-pointing triangle beside the Save In: box and choosing 3Ѕ floppy (A:). Click the Save button.
