The following materials were distributed at the Louisiana Superintendents’ Institute hosted in Alexandria, Louisiana, on March 23, 2009. The goal of this institute was to create alignment between LDOE and LEAs to effectively use stimulus funding to positively impact student achievement. This alignment will enable Louisiana to successfully compete for the "Race to the Top" Competitive Grant.
