The Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the Louisiana Department of Education (LDE) (herein referred to as the State) for the purpose of 1) maintaining the Web-based Practice Assessment/Strengthen Skills (PASS) and Newton’s Classroom systems; 2) developing test questions and instructional feedback that measure concepts and skills stated in the grade-level expectations (GLEs) for PASS at grades 3, 5, 6, and 7 in science and social studies; and 3) developing Web-based content-specific tutorials for student learning.
