Comprehensive Needs Assessment, Corrective Action/Reconstitution Plan, and Monitoring of Implementation |

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the Louisiana Department of Education (LDE) (herein referred to as the State) for the purpose of 1) hiring and contracting with external evaluators to conduct needs assessments and write corrective action/reconstitution plans for schools eligible for Recovery School District (RSD); 2) ensuring the evaluators are available for assignments beginning July 1, 2008; 3) ensuring that said evaluators adhere to all policies and procedures as required by the State; and 4) monitoring the implementation of the corrective action/reconstitution plan and reporting monthly to the local school board and BESE on each school. |
