2009 ARRA Waiver - 15%carryover
2009 - Request to Waive the Provision that Prohibits an SEA from Granting to an LEA a Waiver of the Carryover Limitation More than Once Every Three Years

2009 ARRA Waiver - 10% SI PD
2009 - Request to Exclude Title I, Part A ARRA Funds in Determining the 10 Percent Professional Development Set-Aside for a School in Improvement

2009 ARRA Waiver - 10% DI PD
2009 - Request to Exclude Title I, Part A ARRA Funds in Determining the 10 Percent Professional Development Set-Aside for an LEA in Improvement

2009 ARRA Waiver - Public School Choice Option
2009 - Request to waive the Title I, Part A requirement 34 C.F.R. § 200.37(b)(4)(iv).


2.19.09 Request for Extension - FY2007 NCLB Funds

The Department has requested a 12-month extension of the period for obligating all NCLB FY 2007 grants whose period of availability will expire on 9.30.09, and a correpsonding 12-month extension of the period in which to liquidate those funds. Please see the attached information below.
