The following reports have been prepared by Dr. John Augenblick and Dr. Douglas Rose of Augenblick, Palaich and Associates, Inc. for the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education (SBESE). The reports will be presented to SBESE by Dr. Augenblick at the Strategic Planning Study Committee Meeting on October 19, 2004. The meeting is scheduled to commence at 1:00 p.m.
