Retiree Return-to-Work Notification

All individual (not incorporated) contractors entering into contracts with the Department of Education who are current or past members of Teachers Retirement System of Louisiana (TRSL) must complete the Retiree Return to Work Notification Form. Any reference in the form to a fiscal year means July 1 through June 30.
