After School for All Program
The Department of Social Services, the Division of Administration, and the Department of Education have collaborated to provide Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) funding for high quality after school and summer programs for students from high-poverty schools. After School for All (AFSA) contracts are awarded annually on a competitive basis to provide academics, recreation, and enrichment activities.
