21st CCLC Monitoring Checklist

In an effort to facilitate the 21st CCLC program monitoring process and to give project directors/site coordinators an idea of which documents are required to adequately verify program compliance with state and federal regulations, the Department provides technical assistance and a 21st CCLC Monitoring Checklist.

Contractors are advised to maintain a ring-binder with dividers in which to keep Monitoring Checklist documents. Also, designate a tabbed-divider for each section of the Monitoring Checklist so that documents will be organized in such a way that they correlate with the Monitoring Checklist.
