The mission of the Office of Student and School Performance is to develop, implement, administer, and assess activities designed to improve teaching and learning.

The Office provides assistance to school administrators and teachers in creating positive learning environments that facilitate the development of successful, productive individuals who are prepared to function in an increasingly complex society. In addition, the Office strives to assist local education agencies in providing educational environments that are safe, caring, challenging, and rich in meaningful learning opportunities for all students and educators.
