Hurricane Katrina Foreign Contributions Program
The Hurricane Katrina Foreign Contributions program is designed to address both current need for educational success and the long term planning needs of public and nonpublic schools currently operating in the areas most heavily affected by Hurricane Katrina (Orleans, including the Recovery School District, St. Bernard and Plaquemines Parishes). Foreign Contribution proposals will address construction and material in the areas of Libraries, Academic Lab, and Early Learning Centers.
